Order dispatch

Orders placed before 12 noon (UK time) will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the next working day.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery estimates are counted from dispatch, rather than from when you place your order.

UK delivery

We offer free standard delivery on eligible orders to mainland UK, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 working days from dispatch.

Some items are excluded from free delivery. These exclusions will be stated in the item description, so please check this before ordering.

Free standard delivery does not apply to addresses outside mainland UK. Please check the delivery options at checkout or contact us for a quote if no suitable service is shown.

Upgraded delivery

Upgraded delivery services, including next-day delivery, are available at checkout where offered for your item and destination. Available services and prices will be shown before you complete your order.

For next-day delivery, please place your order before midday on a working day and select the appropriate service at checkout. Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the next working day, so please allow for this when choosing your delivery option.

International delivery

Available international delivery services and charges should be shown at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your destination and the service selected.

If no delivery service is shown, you can either:

  • Contact us before ordering for a delivery quote; or

  • Place your order, and we will email you a delivery quote within 1 working day.

Where a separate delivery quote is required, your order will be dispatched once the delivery arrangements and payment have been agreed.

Import charges and customs

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or handling charges in the destination country. These may need to be paid before your parcel is released or delivered.

Please check the rules for your destination before ordering. Customs clearance may also extend the delivery time.

Delivery estimates, delays and liability

Delivery times are estimates and are not guarantees, unless a service is expressly described as guaranteed. Selecting a next-day service does not guarantee arrival on a particular date unless this is specifically stated.

Bank holidays, busy periods, severe weather, customs checks and disruption to delivery services may affect arrival times. If you need an item for a particular date or event, please contact us before ordering to discuss the available options.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from late delivery, including loss of profit, business interruption or costs associated with missed events. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the details before dispatch, although changes may not be possible once your order has been sent.
