Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn or unused

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with all tags attached

  • In its original packaging

Proof of purchase may be required.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Approved returns must be sent back within 14 days of the return being authorised. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an item being faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

If the return is due to our error or a faulty item, we will cover the return postage costs.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by applicable consumer law, we do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the item you would like instead.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.

To qualify, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Any original standard delivery charge paid with your order will also be refunded where required by law. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed item, we will also refund the reasonable cost of return postage.
