Grading System:
All used parts are graded based on condition to give you a better idea of what you are purchasing and helps you compare from part to part. Grading is as follows;
Grade 0 - Pre-owned, however unfitted or unused. Item may have some minor marking from storage.
Grade 1 - Very good condition. Item like new with minimal signs of use.
Grade 2 - Good used condition. Item will have signs of use but no heavy wear.
Grade 3 - Acceptable used condition. Item will have heavier signs of use but is still in a usable state.
Grade 4 - Item has heavy signs of use and wear. May require repair or adjustment.
Please note VAT is not reclaimable on graded parts.
Orders placed before midday will be sent the same working day, orders placed after this will be sent the next working day. Working days are Monday - Friday and exclude bank holidays.
UK Buyers: We offer free* standard delivery on all orders, with a delivery estimate of 2 - 5 working days. Upgraded delivery services are available at checkout, including next day.
International Buyers: Your delivery service should be shown to you at checkout. If no service is shown please contact us for a quote or continue to place your order and a delivery quote will be emailed to you within 1 working day. Please be aware you will likely be charged taxes on import.

This means you can return an item within 30 days of purchase for any reason - providing its unused and in the same condition you received it.
You can start a return by logging into your account and requesting to return on the applicable order. You must wait for return approval before sending the item(s) back to us.
